An incredible evening of dancing in Market Street. As a break from their normal routine, the band set up in the open air at the far end of the street, by the 'green house'.  This seemed 'out of the way', but as soon as the band started to play, people flocked around to listen.  The street was packed with on-lookers.  At this point our caller started the dancing and the crowd all joined in.  The evening was a great success, with dancing continuing until dusk.  A superb performance from our fiddle player with her take ion 'Orange Blossom Special'.  The dancers stood listening to her rather that start the dancing, the music was so good.
